I hate my oven

My oven is ridiculous.  It always takes twice as long as a recipe says for something to finish baking and even then it doesn't cook things properly.  I deal with it and try to work around it.  Well yesterday I day I decided to try a pinterest recipe and bake banana bread in a can.  This is what it is supposed to look like.

This is what mine looked like.

 

 

They exploded and tipped over.  The recipe said to put them evenly in 4 cans. Next time I'm using 5.
